Here are three ways to remove a fishing hook from your hand.
Take a piece of fishing line and tie knots in both ends so you hand doesn't slip.
Fold it over.
Then, thread it through the bend of the hook and, most importantly, when you tug pull with all your might.
Also, push the head of the fly down as close to the skin as possible to release the barb.
