Q.

pain in my side

Hi I have a question regarding a pain in my left side just above my hip and below the ribs. It is the same pain you get when running called a "Milt steek". I have this pain constantly even when i am not exercising. i am 34 years old and do not have any sugar, cholesterol or blood pressure problems, even thou am a little bit over weight. please help. My local doc says its lung-flees inflammation and gave me antibiotics, but its over a year now and the pain does not go away, nor is it increasing. just constantly there like a unfit runner.

I have a bleeding stomach from too much alcohol (1botles of clean Vodka or Rum daily) and very spicy food to keep warm. This now for quite a few months I have the problem. Stopped the Vodka and Rum as well as spicy food and the bleeding stopped. Nothing I eat stays down, goes through me in less then 2 minutes. I am bloated, full of wind and have gone up 2 notched in the belt (no scale to see if weight going up or down). Got some basic meds but not able to reach a doctor. Is there something I can do to help speed up healing?
