Your Pain Centre Guide

Pain comes in many forms, from passing headaches to chronic, generalised pain. Pain is the body's way of indicating that a problem exists and the causes of pain often need to be treated instead of just the pain itself. Chronic pain can be a condition in itself, which requires specialised treatment. Pain treatment usually takes the form of medication, which commonly include paracetamol, ibuprofen, codeine and morphine, sometimes in combination.
