Take action:
The US National Institutes of Health suggest you ask yourself the following questions: How well does my body tolerate this kind or supplement? Does it cause any side effects, such as gas or constipation? (If so, you may want to try another kind or a different brand.) Is this kind of supplement convenient? Will I remember to take it as often as recommended each day? Is the cost of this supplement within my budget? Is it widely available? Can I buy it at a store near me?
