Here are a few easy ways to integrate sesame seeds into your diet: roast the seeds in a pan and sprinkle them over salads; add a spoonful to your breakfast cereal; use them in smoothies; make your own Tahini dip by blending sesame seeds and olive oil; add a handful of sesame seeds to your bran-muffin mix; and mix the seeds into a stirfry dish.
