What lifestyle changes can I make to lessen the symptoms of GORD?

Avoid fatty or spicy foods, reduce your alcohol intake, get some exercise and avoid eating late at night. Eat regular small meals rather than one large one.

Eat fresh fruit and vegetables instead of things like takeaways. Cut down on your coffee and tea intake. Try and reduce the stress levels in your life.
