Hi,

Tinnitus is a very complex condition that can be very individual. The treatment/management options depends on the cause and symptoms of the tinnitus. In many cases there is no specific treatment that works for everybody. It is important to determine whether the tinnitus is a symptom of damage to the hearing organ or that of a treatable illness. In some cases stress or anxiety may induce tinnitus and therefore lifestyle or dietary changes may be helpful.
I would recommend consulting an ENT who can do a full examination of the head and neck, check your blood pressure and do a full history (including any medications you are using). It is also important to see an Audiologist who can do a comprehensive evaluation of the hearing system. Following these evaluations one can determine what intervention will alleviate your tinnitus.

Can tinitus be caused due to ''heavy metal'' poisoning over time(even metal teeth fillings)? and will detoxing help your body recover?
