Dear Bien

The first thing that you need to do is to see your GP so that he/she can have a look in the ear, to see that all is in order. He/she will then be able to refer you for further evaluation if necessary. After you have been to see the doctor you will need to see an Audiologist for a full hearing evaluation. If you don't know of an Audiologist in your area, please e-mail me at izabelle@widex.co.za and i will gladly refer you. It is important to first sort out all medical problems before you go for the hearing evaluation.

Please let me know if you need any further evaluation

Kind regards
Izabelle Pieterse
