Hi Lesley!

Based on the area which the respective employee resides, he/she will fall into a respective catchment area specific to the Goverment hospitals in that area. It is important to follow up whether these state institutions have an Audiology and ENT department. Once confirmed, please make an appointment. Upon assessment, if a hearing aid is required your employee may be advised accordingly on the most suitable option, taking into account his/her financial situation.

Kind regards...
