Q.

Ear ache while running

I run almost daily and have lately been getting extreme ear ache while running that seems to go away after my run. What could be the cause of this? And what can I do about it?

Dear Deely Weely

I am not sure what is causing the problem, it could have something to do with temperature changes, wind or blood flow changes. It would be advisable to see your doctor and just make sure that all is in order. He/she would be able to refer you if any further evaluation is needed.

Please let me know if you have any questions
