It is advisable to rather let a professional have a look for you in your ear. There are a number of possibilities, it could be wax, it could be fluid in the middle ear, it could be that the pressure is a problem in the ear because of the Eustachian tube not functioning correctly or it could be related to other conditions. You also need to make sure if the ear is blocked or if your hearing has changed in that ear. It is further advisable to have your hearing and middle ear functioning evaluated by an Audiologist.
