There are several questions that should be answered but please consult an audiologist asap. Have you been exposed to any loud sound, music or noise, how old are you, do you experience any loss of hearing or difference in sound perception, what medications are you using, are you diabetic, have you underwent wax removal or any other medical procedure or treatment, do you have any neck problems, do you experience any dizziness or loss of balance? You have tinnitus and the causes can be many. It can be as simple as an earwax plug (your GP or audiologist can see this) or a more complex ear related condition which can be the cause. Its important to rule out many medical conditions which can be the cause of tinnitus and a good start is your ears. Remember there are help for people with tinnitus.
