7 month touching her left ear

My baby is 7month old, she has one teeth, and other shinning out, the problem is that she is touching her left ear all the time and like complaining but not crying. She was admitted in the hospital 2 weeks ago for 2 days for little bronco pneumonia and was given antibiotic via IV, what could be the cause of her touching the ear? Is it the teething or should I take her to doctor?

Thank you in advance

Dear First Time Mum

Children often experience referred pain in their ears when they are cutting teeth, it is however also possible that there may be an unrelated problem with the ear, if you are still concerned, rather take her to the doctor and make sure
