Q.

5 year old still speaks difficult

Hi my grand son find it difficult to speak full sentences, however his word forming is excellent and he has done some hearing tests and it seems that his hearing is normal.

As his hearing appears normal, the next thing you need to do is consult a Speech Language Therapist for a speech-language assessment. The Speech Language Therapist will assess, advise and manage accordingly should there be any issues.
