Hearing management

Your Hearing management Guide

Hearing loss is an invisible problem which can go unnoticed for years and can originate in the ear, in the sound processing areas of the brain or a combination of the two. Knowing the type of hearing loss is necessary in order to provide proper treatment, such as hearing aids or surgery. The symptoms of hearing deficiency are so varied that no one symptom could be interpreted as indicating the condition. Hearing tests are performed to determine how severe the loss is and in which part of the ear the damage is.
