Q.

HIV contraction after a threesome.

I engaged in a threesome without the use of a condom,I am female and the other two participants were a male and a female. Two weeks later I tested positive for Chlamydia, and have been having severe anxiety about the possibility that I also contracted HIV. The male was tested two weeks prior to the event because he is an expecting father and was clean for all STD's. I had been tested a month prior and had only engaged in sexual intercourse with one other male with the use of the condom before the threesome. I now know that the chlamydia came from the other female. What are the chances that she could have also transmitted HIV to me? I know the risk of female to female transmission is relatively low but I am wondering how likely it is that the male carried her bodily fluids possibly containing HIV to me, and infected me. I tested negative via a 4th generation test at 2 weeks but I know that means nothing, I am planning to get retested at 4 weeks but I was hoping for some clarity on my risk.
