Q.

Partner tested negative dna pcr results

i had sex with sex worker but condom. Broke during sex, On the same day i got her tested anti body test and hiv pcr dna test. anti body result is non-reactive and dna result is not detected. I read about window period. Can she infectious during window period of pcr dna

Yes one is infectious during the window period. Remember the window period is the time when you are infected but the virus has not yet been detected. The HIV DNA PCR test has a window period of 9 - 21 days. When someone has been potentially exposed we focus on the person. Testing the sex worker is not important. You should have tested and if negative you should have started PEP Post Exposure Prophylaxis
