Who says health has to be dry, boring and complicated?

At Health24 we routinely bring you the best and most accurate health news from South Africa and around the world. Occasionally, however, these health news stories are so unimaginably weird and wonderful that they also make their way into the mainstream news agenda.

We now take a look at stories published in 2016 that made you exclaim “what?!” or made you gasp in disbelief. While having a good chuckle in your comfortable armchair, do bear in mind that to the people involved, these situations are/were very real.

One of the stories that attracted a lot of attention was an article about goat's milk and how it is improving the lives of HIV positive children.
