Confused about hcv/hiv coinfection window.

i have done stupid mistake in 9 months before that i have sex with sex worker on street anal protected but after while my condom was broke and i continue upto more than 5-10 minute. after 10 day was have sore throat..and only sore throat..i was consulted to general physcision who done hiv test after 45 day and 62 day both came negative and he told me that you have not hiv...but after and i relaxed and forget. after 10 day i read 3 months window is conclusive and i again got mental depression ..i can not able to sleep ..continue hedeache and all that after 4.5 months i consulted to hiv specialist who done test and result was negative and he told you hav not are not infected...stop test... my specific question of consern below 1. would hiv/hcv delay window ...and if delay then how would long... last 8 months combo fourth generation non reactive and after 6 months hcv antibody negative 2. i have experienced pain in leg some time but after 4-5 hour that related to hiv 3. i have some time neck pain also....but doctor told me you have cervical any relation to that... please clearify i need again testing by pcr confirm incidence.. thanks alot..i am waiting to reply...

You are not HIV negative. The HIV tests that we use are 4th Generation tests that can detect HIV antibodies within 4 - 6 weeks of infection. You have tested negative well beyond that time frame. You are HIV negative. The HIV test is not affected by HCV Hepatitis C co-infection
