Q.

I have an eye that i blind but I want license.

I was in a fight many years ago +/-8 years ago. I got stitches around my eye and I was never given an oil to remove dead tissues in my eye. I went for eye testing to get my licence and I failed it. When I consulted the doctor, she said there is nothing that can be done because my eye has dead cells. Isn't there anything? Because I want to get my license. Can't I obtain a letter for exception since there is an exception for people who have one eye blind but the other eye "should have a minimum horizontal total visual field of at least 115 degrees"

Hi there

You can still obtain a license with one eye , provided it meets certain criteria. Any optometrist can do a visual screening for you and supply you with the necessary documentation.

Best wishes!
