Pains near the chest

What can cause pain near the chest? The pain doesn't stop

Is your pain just below the chest?  If so, it matters if it is associated with meals (relieved by meals - benign peptic ulcer or gastritis; during or just after meals - you need a gastroscopy to sort it out; radiating to your scapula - think gall bladder, sonar needed; radiating to your back - pancreatic problem, need to see a doctor.  Pain that does not go away is best tender by a doctor.  Hope you come right.  Regards, E
