Hi Kavi, Cumin in small amount is good for digestion, gas bloating and many other things. In large doses it is a different story. If you take it for wind, it causes belching. Like peppermint, it is good for IBS, but aggravates reflux. Gas is mostly formed by our gut bacteria and as we can digest only a little fiber and starches, that act as fertilizer for the bacteria. So you are probably taking something in that is to blame. Just remember, even innocent things such as chewing gum contain artificial sweeteners that may cause wind. I would suggest you make a list of what you eat, and Google to see if it causes wind. Regards, E
