Q.

Intermittent sharp pain in lower right abdomen.

Recently within the past week or so I have had some really sharp pain in my lower right abdominal area that comes and goes, and most of the time it occurs when I am walking or moving around at work. When this is happening I get really hot and sweaty and feel slightly nauseous though I have not yet vomited. It also is quite painful to push anywhere on my stomach while this pain is occurring, and when it is not occurring it still vaguely hurts when I push around the area the pain occurs in. I have also lost my appetite, and when i take a deep breath when the pain is occurring it makes it worse, and occasionally when I take a deep breath when it is not occurring it will cause a sharp pain for a few seconds. I don't know if this could be appendicitis, because everything i looked up said pain will start at the navel and gradually move to the side, but this is always very sharp and always on the right side.
