URGENT SUGAR LEVEL TOO HIGH

HI please can i have a diet plan for my dad - his sugar level is too high what can he eat to bring it down

Your dad should discuss it with his Health Care Provider and/or a Dietitian as many factors can play a role in what he should eat - such as: if he has any complications, high blood pressure, high blood fats, etc. In general he should avoid refined carbohydrates, avoid fatty foods, limit his salt intake and have a high fibre diet.
