uranial failure

my brother has been disgnosed with a uranial kidney failure. i would like to know what type of food can help his condition

You need to discuss this with his Health Care team - as he may have other conditions as well that precipitated his kidney failure. You can ask his doctor to refer him to a dietician to provide you with the necessary information. In general lower protein diets are recommended for kidney failure.
