Q.

sugar replacement

I bake oats biscuits, and I would like to know what I can use in stead of sugar and golden syrup, as my friend loves oats biscuits, but cannot eat them due to the sugar &  golden syrup.

You can use the substitution products for baking, but your friend should keep in mind that moderation is key - your friend must also discuss it with his/her health care team as maybe the occasional oats biscuit can be allowed. This will depend upon the glucose control and the type of medication your fried uses.
