I would recommend that you look at your sleep hygiene - that would mean that you mustn't do things late at night that would cause you not to sleep - such as watching horror movies or playing computer games - do relaxing things i.e. listening to music or reading a book, etc. Make sure your sleep environment is quiet and dark enough. Try to go to bed at the same time every day.
If it doesn't improve you must consult your doctor as underlying physical problems can cause sleep disturbances and a proper history and examination can sort this out. Your tiredness during the day, may be due to poor quality of sleep but can also be due to physical/emotional problems.
