Q.

Sleeping

I am on ' n high protein diet,but I am so tried,and fell asleep at work.
I do get multi vatimins and the vitamin B-complex.
Please tell me what is wrong?

The diet you are currently following may not fulfill your energy needs - make sure you don't have too little carbohydrates as the cells need energy. further if you have diabetes it may also be that your diabetes is uncontrolled - check your glucose levels.
Not enough sleep during the night can also cause daytime sleepiness.
Other medical conditions that may cause daytime sleepiness: Hypothyroidism, obstructive sleep apnoea, depression, etc. - so i would recommend you consult your doctor if it continues and you do get enough sleep during the night.
