It may have been somebody else who responded to you, but just for clarity - the best management of insulin resistance is exercise - dietary changes may also be important. There are no real scientific longterm outcomes data, based on randomised controlled trials, on food supplements.

What would be the best exercise for IR. I normally use the treadmill. Is a cardio vascular workout appropriate and to what level?

I am buying it at Clicks Pharmacy. At my Pharmacy it is next to each other on the same shelf. Health shops also keep it.
Diabion is a vit. supplement for Diabetes.
Manna is a product from Prieska they say it is good for:
Diabetes, Heart Disease, Blood Presure, blood circulation, Insulin Resistance, Weight loss, Eye Health.
I am using Manna for almost 6 months and lost about 8kg and 15cm. (the first 3 months nothing!!!)
search the web for it and read for yourself
good luck
