Q.

high sugar levels

hi there been a diebetic for 14years now i m on insulin novomix
40 units in the morning and 20 at night i exersize at least 3 times a week and i have seen a dietitian i stick to my diet but my blood
sugar is never less than 25 i have been on other insulins before

You need to review your treatment plan with your Health Care Provider. There may be several reasons for uncontrolled glucose - your insulin may need to be changed, your injection technique may be a problem, you may be insulin resistant, you may have some hypoglycaemic episodes that you do not recognise and then secondary to that a "stress response" that can cause the blood sugar to rise, you may have another underlying condition, etc. You really need to see your doctor to help to sort out your glucose control.
