Dear Lucky
If you have no major problems from your diabetes and are not very old, then your fasting glucose should be less than 6 in the morning and less than 10 (ideally less than 8) 2 hours after meals. If yours are higher than this then as you are on 2 tablets already, you will need more medication added, either in the form of another tablet if levels are only slightly over, or insulin if it is a lot higher.
