Q.

High Blood sugar

I' m 77yrs and Blood sugar a little high 133 today. I have a test kit and take glucophage one twice daily doctors prescription to control the level. I eat a great deal of fruit and vegetable especiall fruit (Not on a diet) I just enjoy fresh fruit and veg. I' m told that eating that much fruit is not good with my rather high sugar level. True or false.
