glucose level

About 2 years ago my level was 4.6 on an overnight fasting and a few days ago my level was 4.6 in the evening after eating. Is this normal?

Absolutely normal!! your blood sugar should stay between 4-6mmol/L most of the time, it means your Insulin is wroking perfectly.
