Q.

Fasting test

I went for fasting test my glucose was 6.2 and my cholestorel was 4.8 . But I am having headache all the time feeling dizzy . The reason my gp send me for this test she was suspecting that I am diabetic should I go for test again or

The fasting test you had shows that your glucose levels are in the pre-diabetic range(normal glucose is less than 5.6. Pre-diabetes is between 5.6 and 6.9, and diabetes is when you have symptoms and a level of 7 and above), but it can be further defined by having a glucoses tolerance test, as this will see how your body responds to glucose given orally. It may be that on this test that you are diabetic, so would suggest having the test done with your GP.
