Dear Cyaonelo
If you feel hungry and are passing excessive amounts of urine, then you may have diabetes, and hence need a formal fasting glucose test done at the lab. If this is borderline, then suggest a glucose tolerance test, which involves testing the glucose 2 hours after drinking 75 grams of glucose. If this is negative, then you need to have other cause looked at for excessive passing of urine.
