Q.

Diabetic - Renal failure

Can somebody please help me.. I need advise on how &  who I can contact with regards to arranging kidney transplant for my son who is in early stages of renal failure. Can family donate kidney? What can we do to prepare &  be ready when the time comes.? What is the procedure etc, etc, I am in Gauteng/JHB SA... any referrals of GOOD specialists etc
