diabetes home /self test

how can i test that i have diabetes. beside seeing the first, i mean self test.

For the diagnosis of diabetes you need a fasting sugar test - if it is equal to or more than 7.0 mmol/l it is indicative of diabetes or else if a random test (any time of the day) the sugar is equal to or more than 11.1 mmol/l in the presence of diabetes symptoms it is also indicative of diabetes.

There are several self test meters on the market. See your Pharmacy for that.
