Dear Tebogo
I am unclear as to what part of your arm is sore. If it is your shoulder, then it may be that you have a frozen shoulder(reduced movement of the shoulder associated with pain and stiffness) which is more common in diabetes. I would suggest seeing an orthopaedic doctor to get a diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan.
