To diagnose diabetes one requires a fasting glucose(done following an overnight fast of 8 hours) of 7 or over with associated symptoms of tiredness, drinking lots of water and passing lots of urine or blurred vision, or alternatively a random glucose reading of 11,1 or more with the same symptoms. If there are no symptoms, then one would require a repeat value above the aforementioned cut-offs. From a risk point of view your only risk appears to be hypertension, as your father was a type 1 diabetic. You don’t give me your height, but based on your weight suspect you are not overweight. It is worth doing a glucose test, although you don’t have classic symptoms for diabetes, either type 1 or 2. As an aside I would suggest checking your iron in view of your vegetarian status, and also a B12.
