A cramp in your chest maybe from your heart, although you are a bit young, but other factors may play a role such as if your sugar was poorly controlled over many years, if you have high cholesterol as well, etc. It can also be a muscular problem if it is superficial, or the cartilage between your ribs, or a neurological involvement where referred pain can also play a role. I would recommend that you go to your doctor for evaluation of your "chest cramps".
