Q.

Complications

Are complications &  associated symptoms commonly inclined to arise in a specific order? If so, in what sequence? (I get the impression that neuropathy of the feet comes first in most cases)

No, certain patients may be more susceptible to certain types of complications. By managing the risk factors effectively you can delay or prevent the development of complications. The key is early diagnosis and proper management to prevent or delay onset of complications.
