Sounds like the asthma is poorly
controlled. The most common cause for
this is using the asthma treatment incorrectly.
The preventer pump must be used twice a day every single day, i.e. the
budeflam. Have a look at a You Tube
video which will show you exactly how the inhaler should be used. If the inhaler is used incorrectly none of
the medication gets into the chest. If
these 2 points are addressed, then it might be that the budeflam may need to be
increased. There also might be an
element of postnasal drip which may be upsetting asthma control. This will require an antihistamine and nasal
