Q.

Is there a cheaper alternative to foxair?

Is there a cheaper alternative to foxair if you don't have medical aid as it is very expensive and therefore only available to some. Preventative inhaler needed that is more affordable, but just as effective as foxair

Components to this inhaler are available as 2 separate medications.  There are also other companies that make them as separate formulations.  However, buying the components separately will not work out cheaper.  Look at the price of the Foxair equivalent made by Cipla.  This is called Sereflo and might be cheaper.  At the minimum if you are asthmatic you must use a preventer containing a steroid.  If you this on its own without the other component in Foxair then it will also be cheaper, but you need to check this out with your doctor.
