Q.

Psoriasis arthritis.

Hallo, I have been diagnose with Psoriasis Arthritis and put on treatment. First was Methotrexate with celebrex. It didn't take away the pain. Treatement was changed to IBU 800. Not also very helpful. Is there treatment that can considerably supress the pain and associated symptoms like fatique?

If you have not responded to methotrexate then you may require Leflunomide and if that fails you may need to use Enbrel or another TNF blocker (biologic).

Sometimes the severe pain is due to coexisting fibromyalgia.
You should speak to your rheumatologist.
