Q.

Cramps after waking up

I'm getting cramps in my feet and legs when waking up in the morning. When waking up in the morning after plus minus 8 hours of sleep, I'm getting cramps in my feet and legs below my knees. It's very painful and go on for plus minus two minutes.

It is not clear what your symptoms are due to.

You need to see your doctor for an examination of the circulation in the legs and to check calcium and magnesium levels.
Sometimes Quinine Sulphate 300mg at night provides relief.
