  1. Moet liefs nie vir gaste tuisgemaakte pasteie of geregte wat rou eier bevat, voorsit nie. Vermy ook sagte kase soos feta, brie, camembert en bloukaas op die kaasbord.
  2. Vries klaar voorbereide geregte eerder as om dit in die yskas te hou. Ontvries in die yskas, nie teen kampertemperatuur nie. Moenie rou kos ontvries en weer hervries nie.
  3. Maak seker geregte met melk, eiers en vleis in is deurgaar – rou dele in groot vleisstukke is ’n broeiplek vir bakterieë.

  • Moenie gevaarkosse soos suiwelprodukte, rou seekos, rou eiers, en rou of halfrou vleis te lank buite die yskas laat nie. Was gereeld jou hande en gereedskap terwyl jy dit voorberei.
