  1. Bloedarmoede:Eet ysterryke kos soos vleis, vis, eiers, kaas en verrykte pap. Sluk dit af met lemoensap, want vitamien C help om yster te absorbeer. Foliensuur (in groen blaargroente) help ook.
  2. Depressie:Meer omega 3-vette behoort jou binne ’n maand beter te laat voel. Kry dit in olierige vis (sardyne, ansjovis, snoek, skelvis, salm) en okkerneute, asook eiers en melk wat met omega 3 verryk is.
  3. Osteoporose:Sluit meer kalsium en vitamien D by jou eetplan in. Kry dit in melk, geblikte salm en sardientjies, broccoli en amandels.

  • Verhoog jou algemene weerstand met kos ryk aan vitamien C (papajas, aarbeie, broccoli), betakaroteen (pampoen, patat), omega 3-vette (sien bo), sink (seekos, vleis, hoender) en kos met probiotika (jogurt).
  • Slapeloos? Eet meer beesvleis, kaas, vis, melk, eiers en sonneblom- en sesamsade.
