Even though all the readings of the patient’s vital signs are displayed on the monitor, your anaesthesiologist will keep make written record of these at 5-minute intervals. His record will also include all the details about your medical condition, what drugs were given and when, and all the details of the type of anaesthetic administered. If any complication occurs this will also be recorded.
