Q.

Can a dairy allergy cause your face to swell slightly?

Every time i intake dairy i find my sinus flairs up and my face puffs up

Food allergies can cause facial swelling. Cow's milk allergy is quite rare in an adult. It would be a good idea to ask your GP to do a RAST test for Cow Milk allergy.
