Q.

Unidentified rash

I have a rash, it's a bunch of red dots that cover the back of my lower arms and top of my legs and neck. They itch a little. The are not small closely spaced but rather red dotty patches. I have not done anything out of the ordinary. It's usually not that bad when I wake up but starts at about 11am. Could it be just a simple heat rash?

In summer it is highly likely that this is a heat rash (Cholinergic Urticaria) and a simple antihistamine such as Cetirizine taken daily may help.
